Maybe it’s his hilarious use of words that make absolutely no sense, or it’s his hysterical mannerism, facial and body expressions, one thing is for sure, and it’s that the character that is Broda Shaggi stands as one of the most hilarious content creators in Nigeria.

Broda Shaggi whose real name is Animashaun Samuel Perry is a popular Nigerian comedian, actor, scriptwriter, visual artist and director born on July 6.

Broda Shaggi is also a singer and voice over artiste whose musical genre is Pop.

He is well known for his comedy skits which he shared on Instagram but came through with his comedy skit “Jesu in Mushin”.

He obtained a Bachelor in Creative Arts from the University of Lagos. His late dad was a drama teacher at Junior School, Ikenne, Ogun state.

He started comedy many years ago while in the University. He created a lot of characters before he later settled for Broda shaggi.

Broda Shaggi has been recognized in the industry for his hilarious comedy and uniqueness of character.

He has got numerous nominations such as The Future Awards Africa Nigeria Prize for Comedy and City People Music Award for Comedy Act of the Year.

Broda Shaggi’s net worth has not been revealed but he is believed to worth millions from his earnings in his comedy skits and as an artiste.

Apaokagi Adedoyin Maryam born on February 28, 1999, is a native of Kwara State, Nigeria. She was born and bred in nigeria but spent her early years in Namibia. She had her Primary education at the Dolastar Primary School, and Amazing Kids Private School & Academy in Nigeria and Her secondary education at Concordia College, Namibia. She graduated with a B.Sc from Kwara State University, in Tourism and Travel Service Management and rounded up her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2020.

In 2015, she started online comedy after convincing her fiance, Abdulaziz Oladimeji, to teach her the basics of video editing. She first gained attention in 2016 and rose to stardom in 2019 with an hilarious skit based on African parents, taking their children to school. In 2019, she was the face of Media Room  Hub’s July Issue. Her comedy skits are centered on exposing African mothers and their unique manner of disciplining African children with a slap. 

On 30 October 2020, Director "Abdulaziz Oladimeji" Abula engaged Taaooma in Namibia.
